Menopause and Hot Flashes-What can women say about it?

Women who are in their mid years of life and who have experienced menopause surely has a lot to say about it.
As we know that there are many symptoms that come with menopause and hot flashes. They are the ones that are the most common there are hidden ones that are not spoke about too much. These are the ones that get spoke about a lot:
  • Night Sweats
  • Weight Gain
  • Fatigue
  • Hot Flashes
From my experience I have found all of the above to be the most troublesome and aggravating. They all were bad. I had to get myself educated and raise my awareness and share with other women as well as men what menopause brings to the table.
Oh, yes men do  go through menopause too. This is another blog to write about.
There are many women who can say what their experiences were while they were going through menopause and having the hot flashes too. Every women’s experience is so different. Then there are those who never experience it. They are the lucky ones.

I highly encourage women and men to tell your story about your experience with menopause and hot flashes. Get involved in a support group, participate in local health fairs, speak to your doctor or any medical professional, the internet, or any way that you can get your story out to help someone else.

  1. Great blog. I agree that it is important to be more aware of yourself, and take more time for yourself during menopause. I take walks to get away from everything. It clears my mind and gives me energy.
