Persistence of Memory-How do you handle persistence?

This is one of the definitions of the word persistence: (1) the act of persisting. (2) The state or quality of being persistent; persistency. (3) Continuance of an effect after the cause is removed. All I could come up with is “The Slight Edge” (book by Jeff Olson). This is the concept of doing the same thing over and over again.
Then I came to realize the fact that this is delayed gratification.
I have been able to define my purpose of what I am doing and why.  I have a plan of action that I take daily. I have the will power. I do my online work with excellence and having accurate information.I know I have made some mistakes along the way but that is expected. There will be more errors made along the way as i grow. I must add I have the motivation and determination and I am very passionate about what I do in building my empire; to make it happen and to “keep it movin”.

Here are some positive words about persisttence:

Patience, persistence and perspiration make an unbeatable
combination for success. ~Napoleon Hill

As long as we are persistence in our pursuit of our
deepest destiny, we will continue to grow. We cannot
choose the day or time when we will fully bloom. It
happens in its own time. ~Denis Waitley

The second quote really hits my insides because I know I  don't know when it is all going to come together, all I do know is that I have to keep on doing what I am doing.
I know I am doing something right!

My persistence comes from my Heavenly Father first and foremost. It is only through him that allows me to do what I do.

I plan to “keep it movin” for a while!

I would love to read about how you are being persistent in your journey. Leave a comment below this post. Thank you!

See you at the top!

  1. Your persistence will pay off in the long run. You have to keep going and not let nothing or nobody stop you. It doesn't matter if it makes any sense all you need to do is BELIEVE.

  3. Ann,

Thank you for this post today. I do daily action, I am committed to success, I am not sure the day it will all come together either. Some days it is frustrating, other days it is exhilarating. I need to take the good days with the bad and remind myself that it all balances out. Keep fighting the good fight. See you at the top.

  5. Blog comments are a critical part of a successful blog, glad to see you are utilizing this function.

Persistence does not mean banging your head on a brick wall. Saying that we should never give up does not mean that we should persist in trying to do things in ways that clearly don’t work and bring us pain.

What we should persist with is finding ways that do work and that can bring us closer to the goals and desires that we have. To keep your deepest wishes firmly in mind, and to take steps towards fulfilling them every day, no matter how small those steps may be is smart.

Continued success to you Ann Moses
